Our previous blog entry shared news about a continuing legal education program Arsenal Attorneys attended yesterday on gun laws in Virginia. The speakers included renowned Second Amendment lawyer Stephen Holbrook. Mr. Holbrook has a 4-0 record arguing cases before the US Supreme Court. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Holbrook is a distinguished scholar. He has written numerous books on the law, history, and gun control. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy. 

Mr. Holbrook's latest book is "Gun Control in the Third Reich: Disarming the Jews and 'Enemies of the State', and we strongly recommend it. During interviews, Mr. Holbrook discussed how that chapter of history is an example of government regulations amassing data on law abiding citizens, and how such records can later be exploited to repress and brutalize a population.
