Sam Hosey

Sam discovered he wanted to be an attorney after watching Law and Order episodes with his mom in junior high. He began practicing law after law school as a personal injury attorney. He fought hard for his clients and successfully obtained seven figures in settlements.

Sam later became inspired to concentrate on estate planning when he had his first son and discovered that many people, even an attorney who just became a father, are ill-prepared if something happens to them. Sam now enjoys helping his clients prepare estate plans and protect the families. He especially enjoys helping educate and serve young families. 

Sam earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law. He received his BA in political science and government from the University of California, Davis. He is admitted the State Bar of California.

Sam is married and has two young sons. They live in Sacramento.
