Retainers and Personal Risk Assessments

On a case-by-case basis, Arsenal Attorneys offers highly personalized solutions to clients who want an assessment of their risk profile and guidance for reducing their vulnerability to danger or criminal liability--particularly in a self-defense situation. Clients participating in this special program are eligible for discounted legal fees in the event they require our legal representation in a criminal prosecution. In select cases we offer a retainer through which our representation in a criminal prosecution would come at no additional charge whatsoever. 

It is our policy to build these relationships based on an interactive and educational consultation between our attorney and the client. It begins with a questionnaire for us to understand the clients everyday activities and the locations they visit. Clients will learn their rights to use self-defense and how they may lawfully possess or transport a firearm.
