Arsenal Attorneys is proud to announce our law firm is now an official sponsor of the American Suppressor Association, formerly known as the American Silencer Association. 

The ASA is a registered 501(c)(6) non-profit trade association. Its mission is to identify and advocate for the common interests of the suppressor industry. To accomplish this mission, their principal initiatives focus on public education, and state and federal lobbying.

Since the ASA’s formation in September, 2011, seven states have amended their laws or regulations regarding suppressors. In many of these instances, the ASA has played an active role. The ASA has identified nine states in which it actively lobbies for the legalization of suppressor ownership, and/or use while hunting.

2014 has brought many successes for the association, and Arsenal Attorneys looks forward to supporting their efforts across the country.
