Federal Firearms Licensees

Arsenal Attorneys help clients become Federal Firearms Licensees for various commercial operations, including the sale and manufacture of firearms and ammunition. Often clients request our help during their earliest business planning. We typically begin by analyzing local laws determining the legality of operating an FFL in their local community. We also help clients incorporate their new business (often an LLC), so they may use a legal entity to make their application to BATFE.
